Barrio is part of a larger project, the Portland Mercado. The Mercado is an indoor/outdoor Market that has many retailers, including 8 food carts that represent the different flavours from Latin America.

Barrio is a laid-back space where you can hang out and enjoy some delicious fare from the neighbouring food carts. ¡Salud!
